- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation
- Additional work outside the quoted scope requires separate approval
- All prices include GST unless otherwise specified
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of quote and scheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- A call-out fee may apply for same-day cancellations without notice
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
- For larger installations, a deposit may be required
- Outstanding invoices may incur late payment fees
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
All workmanship is covered by our guarantee. If any issue arises from our installation or repair work within the warranty period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
Manufacturer Warranties
Hot water systems are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We can assist with warranty claims for systems we have installed.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Modifications made by others
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by water quality or pressure problems
- Damage from natural disasters
7. Licensing and Insurance
